Before you ask.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Cancel monthly, effective the following month. You can export your data at any time.
What if someone leaves?
Then you stop paying for them the month after. It follows your headcount.
Do I pay for on-call workers?
For everyone who was actually rostered that month. If someone stands still, they do not count.
And if I grow or shrink?
Then you move between the two rates. Your file, your invoices and your history stay put.
Does customisation cost extra?
Your own forms are in the rate. A way of working of your own, or a sector layer, we discuss separately.
Do I have to pay up front?
No. First 30 days free, no credit card. Only after that.
Do the sums yourself.
