Why the bank reconciles

The payment carries
the invoice number with it.

Mory creates the invoice, so Mory puts an ISO creditor reference on it. That reference comes back on the statement. There is nothing to guess — and so nothing to check afterwards.

01InvoiceMory puts the reference on the invoiceRF18 2026-0088
02PaymentThe client pays with that reference. It is already in the payment line.
03StatementThe reference appears in CAMT.053. A structured field, not a description.
04MatchPayment and invoice find each other, without anyone looking.

The difference from clever guessing

Packages that match on amount and description reach 80 to 90 percent in practice — and the rest lands on your desk. Here it is not an estimate but a reference.

What you see

Your client decides
what opens up.

Access is per area. What has not been released does not exist for you — it is not greyed out, it is not there.

Bank

Statements and the match between payment and invoice.

Invoices

Sales and purchases, with status and the matching receipt.

Bookkeeping

Ledger, VAT positions and the open items still to resolve.

Payroll costs

Only if your client puts the payroll work with you.

Bank transactions are a second question

Being able to see the bank is not the same as being allowed to work in it. If you want to match entries yourself or resolve a difference, your client grants that separately.

Handover

Mory does not file the return.
You do, in your own package.

What Mory does is make the figures add up and get them out in a shape your software reads.

RGS bridge file (XML)

On the Dutch reference chart of accounts, ready to import.

CSV per area

Ledger, invoices, payments and receipts, separately.

PDF for the file

What you need to substantiate your work.

What is not there yet

No direct connection to Digipoort or SBR, and no Auditfile Financieel. Filing stays in your package.

One client is enough to start.

You do not have to migrate anything. As soon as one client grants you access, the file is there — and you can see straight away whether it adds up.
